THE MAHARASHTRA forest department is gearing up for translocation of a few tigers from the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) in Chandrapur to Sahyadri, the lone tiger reserve in the state’s western region.

The company which is promoted by the country’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) and goes by the brand name SBI Card said it has been focusing on business continuity since the first lockdown (late March) was announced, and has been continuously scaling up business operations since then.

“Mandaldas Bandal will not be the VBA’s candidate from Shirur’s seat. He has indulged in anti-party activity and has lost his candidature,” a VBA spokesperson told The Indian Express.
