With over 25 years of experience under his toque, he will put together a seven-course Mediterranean chef’s table menu at the newly launched Privé by Fame in Powai. Expect dishes like Gorgonzola Spinach Ravioli that will see Italian blue cheese and baby spinach stuffed ravioli served with vodka-infused margherita beurre blanc and Imam Bayıldi, an Ottoman-style duet of cheese-stuffed eggplant roulade, pesto spaghetti and olive streusel. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of imported wines.
