The stadium at Uppal has a seating capacity of 39,600 and about 24,000 tickets have been sold so far. Spectators are prohibited from carrying items such as laptops, cameras, matchboxes, binoculars, batteries, bags, banners, cigarettes, lighters, coins, helmets, water bottles, electronics, sharp metal or plastic objects, pens, perfumes and power banks into the stadium. Outside food and eatables are also not allowed into the stadium, the Commissioner said.The 60-year-old footballer died in November 2020 following a cardiac arrest, two weeks after undergoing surgery to remove a blood clot in his brain.
