The Delhi Fire Brigade said it received an emergency call around 2.35 am, reporting a blaze at Gali No. 1. According to the officials, the fire originated in the building’s stilt parking area where 11 two-wheelers were engulfed in flames. The fire quickly spread to the first floor and generated intense heat and smoke that affected the building’s second, third, and fourth floors. The structure comprises a ground (stilt) floor and four upper floors, covering an area of 100 square yards.
