Two Reliance group firms – Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) and Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd (RRVL) – have announced an open offer to acquire a 26 per cent additional stake in Lotus Chocolate.

According to a senior railway official, the order was imposed owing to repairs being undertaken for the affected tongue rail (crossover) near the CSMT, which was identified as the cause of derailments earlier this week.

The makers of Hum Do Humare Baraah on Monday announced that the title of the film has been changed to Humare Baarah as per a directive by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Starring Annu Kapoor and Parth Samthaan, the movie will be released in theatres on June 7.
