Citing medical reasons such as undergoing “chemotherapies” for cancer treatment, former Chandigarh MP Kirron Kher has moved an application in the Chandigarh district court seeking to record her statement through video conferencing (VC), as she does not intend to proceed further against Chandigarh-based businessman Chaittnya Aggarwal.
