थाई ब्रिज Prajwal (33), the JD(S) MP from Hassan, was taken into custody from Bengaluru International Airport after he arrived on a Lufthansa flight from Munich in the early hours of Friday. He had left the country on April 27 — a day after his Lok Sabha constituency went to the polls — as videos showing sexual assault, allegedly involving him, started being circulated in the public domain.

According to Microsoft, the new 13-inch Surface Pro is up to 90 per cent faster than the previous Intel-based model. The Surface laptop is available in two sizes, featuring either a 13.5-inch or a 15-inch display, which is stated to be 80 per cent faster than the previous generation model.

The arrested accused, Priteesh Narayan Borkar alias Babu alias Khali, a resident of Anjuna Bardez in Goa, was arrested by the officers of the Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) along with Osmania University Police. Borkar came alone to Hyderabad on a bus and was waiting for a customer at Habsiguda when he was apprehended. About 166 of Borkar’s 600 customers were identified and others are being traced, G Chakravarthy, deputy commissioner of police (East Zone), told reporters.

No other details are provided as yet, but the company did say that it will be available in multiple configurations.

The Bike Taxi Welfare Association filed a petition against certain autorickshaw unions and their members, seeking relief from unlawful interference in the operations of bike taxis.
