A 35-year-old hostel warden in Hyderabad was arrested Sunday after as many as seven students complained to the police against him alleging inappropriate touch, said officials Monday.

As reported by Bloomberg previously, ByteDance now starts testing its music app, Resso, in India. Developed by Moon Video Inc the beta version of Resso is now available for both iOS and Android users in the country.

Associate professor P Anuradha was suspended for two months after the college received complaints including from a professor of the department, a Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi member and the Students Federation of India, said an order issued by C Duraikannu, secretary of the Pachiayappa’s Trust, which runs the college.

On the Sensex pack, Power Grid Corporation of India, Tech Mahindra, State Bank of India (SBI), Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Bajaj Finserv and Bharti Airtel were the top losers on Wednesday. On the other hand, Hindustan Unilever, UltraTech Cement, Asian Paints, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, ITC and Axis Bank were the top gainers of the day.
