The Financial Commissioner (FC) courts being held by top IAS officers of Haryana are witnessing huge pendency of cases. Currently, there are 13 top IAS officers of Haryana who are holding these courts and they are supposed to decide over 2,702 cases. However, in the last one year (from April 1, 2023, till March 31, 2024), the officers collectively could decide only 901 cases, while 1,801 cases are still pending out of the total 2,702 cases that reached the courts of Financial Commissioners, Haryana.
