When Madhuri Dixit Nene and Karisma Kapoor are together on the stage, asking them to recreate ‘The Dance of Envy’ is a no-brainer. The two collaborated on the 1997 film Dil Toh Pagal Hai and as they met once again on the sets of the show Dance Deewane, they recreated The Dance Of Envy moment once again and the internet just couldn’t stop rooting for them. Both Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor danced together on the film’s song also 27 years later and not just Madhuri’s co-judge Suniel Shetty and show’s host Bharti Singh, even the fans couldn’t stop showering praises on both the actresses.

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali spoke about a heated interaction that he had with actor Richa Chadha on the set of his debut streaming series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. He said that he lost his patience with Richa when she couldn’t deliver the performance that he expected from her, and that in turn, Richa became upset with him. Her tears and humiliation in the final shot, Bhansali said in a new interview, were real.

He said in the last two-three years, bank employees have worked tirelessly for implementation of government initiatives such as Jan-Dhan, demonetisation, Mudra and Atal Pension Yojana, among others. “This has resulted into huge increase in their workloads,” he said.

In a chat with Pinkvilla, Shekhar said that the audience is slowly starting to understand the pathos of the scene that highlights the dilemma of a nawab who is starting to lose his social standing with the British taking over and is also losing his finances because of his association with the courtesans, but is stuck in a tight spot. “People are slowly understanding the carriage scene and are appreciating it . The pathos of the nawab that’s hidden inside it. The way he is being treated by circumstances, some created by Britishers and some by the tawaifs. He is hanging in the middle,” he shared.

Whether prices of consumables — medicines, gloves, gauze etc — in private hospitals should be capped is the question on which a law looking at registration and regulation of hospitals and clinics in Delhi is hanging fire.

According to the official, Md Habeeb, 32, started Fly Abroad Consultancy at Malakpet in the city in 2015 and has been supplying fake educational certificates since then to aspirants in return for a fee with help of Sunil Kapoor from Delhi. He was earlier arrested by the Bahardurpura police and the Saroornagar police in similar cases.
